Explore my creative and community-focused work, from founding and leading the Pop Up Shop enrichment club at Gateshead College, to teaching art within the Project Choice SEND department, and working as a Community Artist and Youth Support Worker with Projects4Change.
In 2023, I was selected for the New Graduate Award at Middlesbrough Art Week, taking part in the festival’s graduate exhibition. I presented Letter to My Roots and Building Blocks, which reflect on my experience as a first-generation migrant and the process of reconnecting with cultural identity.

During my time at Sunderland University, my work focused on identity, memory and community. Through projects like A Year In My Life, Stolen, and My Family Portrait, I explored personal migration experiences, cultural identity, and local youth voice.

‘Sawsawan’ (2022) is an interactive AR artwork celebrating Filipino dipping sauce culture, part of Boggoong, Britain. I contributed four gouache paintings of key ingredients including kalamansi, chilli, tomato, and sugar cane.
